1. Shipping & Membership Policy

The policy should contain the duration of membership in case of service or duration of shipping in case of products. Once Order Received, products will be shipped in 2 days and then delivered within 5 to 7 Working Days.

2. Cancellation Policy

The policy should contain the process & duration of placing a cancellation request. You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

3. Return Policy

4. Refund Policy

The policy should contain the duration & mode of refund. Once cancelled or ordered returned, a refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited 7 to 10 working days.
