Red Quinoa, as the name suggests, is a red grain full of protein and amino acids, unlike wheat and rice. it's known to be rich in lysine, aiding healthy tissue growth within the body. Despite typically being prepared like rice, red quinoa is used as a baking grain and addition to salads. Hence, its abundant uses make it particularly popular with health enthusiasts.

Add cooked quinoa and fruits mix it well. Then take the honey and lime mixture and drizzle over the fruit and quinoa, mixing well. Quinoa Fruit Salad is ready! With one bite of fruit and quinoa in each bite, this will become your new favorite salad.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup quinoa

  • 1 cup of each: blueberries, chopped strawberries, mango, and honeydew (Take Fruits as per your choice )

  • ¼ cup raw honey syrup

  • Juice of 1 lime

PREPARATION :

  1. Cook quinoa according to package.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk the honey and lime until well combined and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl add cooked quinoa, fruits, and mix until well incorporated.

  4. Add honey-lime mixture and drizzle, stirring until evenly mixed.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
